We have very few snow days. It's expensive and a 6 hour drive and only happens between late June and August:

Europeans and Americans and even a few New Zealanders do this:

Aussies do this:

What? It's just melted snow!

  1. It's just as fun. Snow bunnies versus Gold Coast meter maids!

I'm going to find me some little waves in Uruguay.

  10. Very fun, Baino! The falling snow in the background is so clever. I was late (well, it is only 8 a.m. here in CA) getting my TT Snow piece up, but it is there now. Thanks for the comment on my birthday writing, and no I bought the cake...not much of a baker. The cakes you describe sound fabulous, and I wish I could see them, melted or not. I am looking forward to Fuckwit Friday. Will it be Tiger again?

  13. Water is melted snow, snow is evaporated and frozen water, and somewhere in that cycle we drink and then pee the stuff out.

Kinda gross when you think about it, eh?

    Hah!

I do neither. Just keeping the bloomin' car on the road is sport enough, wot? I'll stick to making the snowpeople :)

  21. Dear friend I put that song for you just because you told me of your Dad's funeral and how you didn't like the wording.

To be honest though I feel the words fit for me because many times like today I feel like a wretch.

    Love Renee xoxoxo

  26. I like your falling snow, it’s so gentle. But I don’t see anything gentle in those sports – I am exhausted just watching your clips! I need to get back to my armchair and rest…
