My Mother In Law is now at home, still a little uncomfortable nd short of breath but hopefully on the mend after heart surgery. A few too many visitors last night so we'll leave her to settle in for a few days before springing up there to see how she's going. She looked wonderful when I saw her last Tuesday but had to stay in a little longer due to palpitations which have now settled. Thank you to those of you who asked about her welfare.
Since, I'm using the Boss wife's laptop, I haven't had much time to search for a fuckwit but this darling needs no words to accompany it. I just thought it was funny.
Avagoodweekend everyone. No Weddings or excitement this weekend, hopefully some rain and a little couch potato honing. Oh, and a lot of job applications. Wish me luck.
Oh, I almost feel sorry for the poor robber, hehe. If only he wasn't such a criminal asshole.
ReplyDeleteAnd good luck honey ;-)
Enjoy the weekend. It was good to see and chat with you yesterday.
ReplyDeleteI sat on a jury at the end of last year and the case rested on a very fuzzy CCTV video about a similar subject. Why is the quality of these things always so poor?
I've no idea what you posted there, all I'm seeing is a black rectangle. I'll check back tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThe robber is really cute;)
ReplyDeleteYou touched me by the mention of my mother in law.
Hahahahaha! Priceless!! I bet they caught him, didn't they? I can't imagine how ... tee hee.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear your MIL is doing well!
Well nowadays I am making a presentation "Hungarian budget deficit and its comparison to international trends" in Hungarian. So time flies here as well.
ReplyDeletewhat a marroon...lol. glad you are enjoying yoru temp work...
ReplyDeleteRobbers, these days, they just don't know what they're doing. He was probably from one of those dodgy temp agencies. Probably doesn't even have the National Diploma in Robbery. Standards are falling everywhere you look....
ReplyDeleteHmmmmm... That's one fella who needs to find a new means of making a living; he's obviously not very good at store robbery!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear you have some income again, no matter how temporary.
The robber video is hysterical!Perfect for Friday Fuckwit.
ReplyDeleteI hope the job hunting goes well...
Wishing you luck. Wishing you a restful weekend. Wishing you a well-chilled bottle of whatever you like best.
ReplyDeleteGlad your MIL is home, wishing a more permanent job comes your way soon*!*
ReplyDeleteThat'll teach him not to cut the crutch out of his sister's pantyhose!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend. Glad your MIL is O.K.
Good luck!
ReplyDeleteSee I could have told you you'd get work quick. I didn't think it would be quite THIS quick. I didn't want to jinx it or sound patronizing by saying that before the fact, y'know...
I'm not quite sure of the protocol on this but I found a rainbow lorie picture by googling bimbimbie and got a photo from your back garden that I posted up and linked back to your blog. I hope you don't mind! It would be so typical of me to be ultra rude by accident (I'm really good at doing this) so I hope I haven't committed some social "forks pass" (as I pronounce it) in doing this.
Good luck with the rest of the job hunting but you won't need it, I promise you. They take one look at you and see "superior" emanating from your every pore.
Not that I ever do arse-licking or anything.
hoe ma recovers fully, baino...
ReplyDeleteg'luck in the job search
As Bugs Bunny would say,
