Good evening! Well after a scintillating day of keying into spreadsheets, yes that's how exciting my life is at the moment, all creativity has gone to the dogs so I dug deep into the Flickr account to come up with a load of balls:
Coloured Balls
Girls Balls
Mirror Balls
Fireballs
Cold Balls
Chocolate Balls
Hairballs
Glowballs
Dogs Balls
Pool Balls
Oddballs
Yes it seems it's Thursday again, which is wonderful because that mean's tomorrow is Friday and that means that it's soon the weekend. Pop along to Theme Thursday and see what a load of old balls the others have come up with!
Great. NOW what am I gonna post? Wait, why am I up at one in the morning when I have to go to work tomorrow and it's only Thursday?
ReplyDeleteBalls!
chocolate balls and oddballs are my favorites!

ReplyDeleteJeeeze! The Wordls's Gone All Spherical!
ReplyDeleteYou can't believe how relieved I am, that the Hungarian referees didn't fuck up the match yesterday. We can be proud of them and their work on the World Cup. At least I had someone to support.
ReplyDeleteWe used to play pool ball. I wouldn't call it water polo though.
Interesting. Love the oddball.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought you were going to have pictures of dances, with ballgowns etc., but this is better.
I like the mirror balls, the dogs balls, and the colored balls, oh all right I like all of your balls. Well except for maybe the hair balls because I have to admit that they were kinda scarey. That person looks like she has two brains or something growing back there besides the hair. Other then that all those balls are ballish.
ReplyDeleteOne more day and then you are in weekend heaven, or weekend work week, because when I worked my weekends were spent doing all the work that I did not get done during the week. Never sure what wore me out more, working at the job or working at home. It seemed like a "Women's work was never done." Now work is just clicking the remote or typing on the laptop. "Oh what a life," and yes I will admit that it does get boring and I wish I was working again, but I'm too lazy to look right now, and with us surviving on hubby's salary, I will sacrifice for the greater good and not take a job that someone else might need to survive with. (Sounds good, like I am doing a good deed instead of admitting I have become lazy.)
Anyway take it easy, relax this weekend, and I will send you more jokes to entertain you.
God bless.
I am off balls since the thrashing we got from Germany. But you might just have got me to appreciate them again - there are some nice images there.
ReplyDeletei like the mirror balls...makes me wanna dance...smiles. nice pics baino!
ReplyDeleteMy tiny terrier or giant Akita will play with balls like that if-whenever I get him-her...
ReplyDeleteMirrorballs I shall have in abundance once I am a top songwriter earning $10,000,000 a year. They'll be in my ballroom. (Every decent mansion HAS to have a ballroom...)
As for fireballs... as long as they are from controlled fireworks they're fine. Otherwise fireballs are terrifying!
I do like a "purple chrysanthemum" as I believe they're called. Ie a giant violet explosion. Purply-blue is apparently the most expensive firework-colour :-)
Nice collection of balls! I'm off to post my own now.
ReplyDeleteChocolate balls, dog balls and odd balls - the holy trinity!
ReplyDeleteNew balls please!
ReplyDelete(still in Wimbledon-mode you know)
"Balls!" said the Queen.
ReplyDelete"If I had 'em, I'd be King!"
Respectfully submitted by AngelMay. Or not.
Great pics, and you certainly are an oddball (love that hat, too!).
ReplyDelete;-)
Old balls...that alone is funny. I've not seen too many in my time nor do I want to. Now, young healthy balls...that's another matter!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great ball medley!
ReplyDeleteWhat a ball I had visiting here!
ReplyDeleteWhat a load of Balls! Interesting ones! Clever Post.
ReplyDeleteI remember the chocolate balls from my childhood! Yum!
ReplyDeleteThat 'oddball' looks familiar!
ReplyDeleteThe Flickr stream was a great idea - I enjoyed those photos a lot for a post.
love the images, they are dynamic and fun with balls in the game.
ReplyDeleteHow could one fail to feel better after kicking around such beautiful balls with you? My favorite is "dog balls." I love the optimism: "I can do it! No, really, I can do it!!!"
ReplyDeleteLove the images...fun post~Holly
ReplyDeleteHa ha that's a lot of balls. I've got a lot of the cold ones in the freezer - in a variety of colours. Suppose they count as coloured cold balls then...
ReplyDeleteGreat pics. The water volley ball shot is FANTASTIC! I love a good ACTION photo!
ReplyDeleteChocolate salty balls.
ReplyDeleteWow...the oddball is my favourite...what does that say about me?
ReplyDeleteHappy Almost Weekend!
The moon is gorgeous! And I want those chocolates!
ReplyDeleteBY the time I had scrolled down to the second picture I was bracing myself for what lay ahead - but you cunningly wrong footed me by maintaining a wholesome squeaky clean approach all the way down. Keep confounding our (well, my) expectations.
ReplyDeleteThat's a sphereie good choice*!*
ReplyDeleteBaino - Hope you have a ball this weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing - you pull something wonderful out of your hat of creativity
