Of course I was, but in those days the only refuge for a little slap and tickle was the back seat of an HD Holden or in my case, the front seat of a Mini Minor. No mean feat when there's four on the floor in the way and the roof is a mere 2 inches from the sitting driver's head. Still, it made for some memorable erm . . .athletics and some of the best sex I've ever had outside the bedroom (that's a lie but you don't need to know!) Hey, once the windows steamed up you couldn't see a thing.
Yes, my early sexual exploits and at least 10 different positions in a mini minor were in cars. The aforementioned Holden HD, the mini, a Honda Scamp (don't even ask it was just a chassis with a lawn mower engine) a Ford Capri, Toyota Corona, VW Beetle (just as challenging as a Mini). Somewhere there was a Valiant Station wagon which was actually quite stylish with a mattress in the back and curtains on the windows, a Bongo Van a Morris Minor with stars on the roof (must have been on my back to notice), a Triumph Sprite and an Ice Cream truck Even on the back seat of a bus. Sheesh getting a little hot under the you know where with all these memories.
Imagine my absolute joy when my boyfriend bought a VW Kombi complete with kitchenette, double bed etc. Oh yeah . . definitely perfected more than 10 positions in that little baby and all while my dad was flicking the outside lights! The most fun you can have outside a bedroom . . well almost but that would be telling.
My kids and their swanky double beds
don't know what they're missing!
Thanks Jeff for the music link, I love your taste (in music)
Ok have a cold shower and see what other Theme Thursdayers are doing with "Park" . . .

I really like the honesty in your words!Really cool memories :)
nice. thanks for adding some spice to TT baino. lol. i am just trying to figure out the ten....smiles.
Well, about Parks I can associate to the park in front of our house. If one day I will have a car, it is going to be a Lada and not because of sexual considerations, but my father's first car was a Lada as well. I rather find the driving important.
Real life is so very refreshing! You go, girl! :D
a triumph sprite??!!
worse than a fiat 124
Baino, you write some funny stuff at times. This is one of the better posts on the usefulness of motorcars that I've read in some time. You are a tonic; that's for sure. I thought for a whole minute that the music video you put up was U2. I must be losing it!
i always prefered the front seat to the backseat. haha. Naughty naughty!
You know, I never did the car thing; we had lots of other alternatives where I grew up, including some abandoned houses. Cars were considered a last resort.
I love the music video!
I never ever had sex in a car. Mainly because I was a very late developer in that area and by the time I'd got interested there were much more comfortable places available. And being six foot and long-legged, even driving can be uncomfortable, let alone anything else.
Your post reminded me of some not-so-funny situations in cars, one of which involved a sheriff with a larger-than-life torch shining in just the wrong spot...
Yours is more funny. You should write a book!
what a delightful and racy take on park!!
oh, yes i remember those stick shifts! yow!
happy tt
Oh hehehe, 10 positions you say? You're definitely more inventive than I am. And we have the Kama Sutra in our library. Probably not the best place to keep it. Should move it to the glove compartment LOL
Fun post! You naugty girl ;-)
What a fun post! It brings back fond memories of auto acrobatics and my life as a teenage contortionist.
I must be old, because I know all those car models you mentioned. And I've done some acrobatics myself, but like some of the other commenters, I'm curious about the "10". Maybe you should do a separate post on them. LOL
Lolz @ the IceCream truck!! Kinky :)
One of the most rosemantic nights I've had was when me fella was driving me through a camping site in the middle of the night during a storm, and we got stuck in a rake-load of mud. There was nothing to do but wait, and....
You and I are on the same wave length. I just finished posting and it's similar...parking and petting and makeout sessions at the drive in. woo hoo!
Yours is the first TT post I've read so now I'm curious how many others had the same idea. AFter all...
extraordinary theme take over ordinary things you do.
what a smart post.
All I'm saying is...
Your POOR father!
I'd love to have heard what he had to say about your shenanigans!
Tsup*!* teens, country lane, MG Midget, local bobby tapping on window asking if we didn't think we were a little exposed?! Thankfully he'd gone when we stepped from the car.
10??? LOL!
We had one of those that became acoordianed once kelly green - like a matchbox after smashed..sk
Drive in movies for me ;)
great post and music too.
I like your taste in music.
x Robyn
Ha! Wonderful! I almost choked on a sip of coffee when you got to the ice cream truck. Now *that* is a story that i would love to hear.
And of course, I am, like everyone else, curious about the "10". Ten? Really? In a car? LOL!
Great TT! A breath of fresh air! :)

Damn near cacked myself at: "a Morris Minor with stars on the roof (must have been on my back to notice)"
My first 'horizontal exploits' were done in my boyfriend's parents' ford station wagon... at the drive in. Coudln't give you a full plot summary of any movie that played from 1985-1987!
i never thought about you having sex before now. there goes the body-less boundaries of blogging :)
i have you beat hells, in terms of compact space. my Father bought me a nash metropolitan, fixed it up for me, wouldn;t let me drive it more than 10 miles from home. it had a bench for a back seat and was and still is the smallest car i've ever seen. that damn stick shift. that was the hardest part of wonderful gyrations, don't you think?
heeheeheehahee
xoxo
No parking involved at all for me. Boring old beds and couches.
(Park your bum and let's get comfy?)
lol... totally whacko! ;)
Good gracious! It's like Adult Night at the Royal Automobile Club.
btw, my father used to flick the light switch on and off too until I would come in from the car in the driveway. I alugh about it now but at the time it simply drove me insane. My boyfriend, now my husband, was the only culprit to whom Daddy did that. Daddy never liked him much. :)
Groan! I remember that flicking porch light...only it was my mom flicking it. I knew better than to stay in the car after that third flick.
Your post was hilarious. :)
OmyGosh Baino, Im blushing....
Thanks to your really cool youtube I am now out an hour of my life from searching and 19.98 AUD for the CD. I heard it and said I must have it. I really should make some money before i spend it. This is totally your fault.
Oh and i had flashbacks during this post back to the front seat of one of those old fords with round spikey tail lights thinking "what, is that it?"
Things got better once i bought a black holden HQ panel van:) Go Holdens!!
reminds me of some Christy Moore lyrics:
Ah you can't wine and dine her
In an auld Morris Minor
actually I think Mick Hanly wrote it. The song is All I Remember.
